The committee is instilled in order to provide a harmonious environment to the students where they can fearlessly convey any issues or concerns without a feeling of being victimized. The committee will actively work towards enforcing the statutes uttered in The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 to protect the fundamental rights conferred.
Any grievances uttered are scrutinized in an unbiased manner and they are redressed depending on the merit of the case. It is also responsible to promote a healthy learning and working environment for all our students and faculties while functioning towards creating a gender-sensitized atmosphere at the Apollo Medical College.
