The girl’s hostel consists of 70 rooms, and each room has triple occupancy. The rooms are well equipped for students with all facilities for a wonderfully comfortable stay for their students.
They have a study table, cupboards, cots, and attached bathroom facilities in each room. There is a round-the-clock security service for the girl’s hostel. The hostel is managed by one warden and two assistant wardens. The students have access to various Apollo Institute of Medical Sciences and Research cafeterias along with students’ mess and the Institutes cafeteria.

The boys’ hostel consists of 55 rooms, and each room has triple occupancy. The rooms are well equipped for students with all facilities for a comfortable stay for their students. They have a study table, cupboards, cots, and attached bathroom facilities in each room. There is a round-the-clock security service for the boy’s hostel. The hostel is managed by one warden and two assistant wardens. The students have access to various Apollo Institute of Medical Sciences and Research cafeterias along with students’ mess and Institute's cafeteria.

The Residents Hostel can house 64 Residents. The rooms are well equipped for students with all facilities for an extremely comfortable stay for their students. The Interns Hostel can house 100 interns. The rooms are well equipped for students with all facilities for an amazingly comfortable stay for their students. They have a study table, cupboards, cots, and attached bathroom facilities in each room. There is a round-the-clock security service for the Interns' hostel.

With an extensive central library and about 8 department libraries actively supporting in teaching and research activities of the students and the faculties, the institution’s Library Committee is obliged to make policies for the running of the library and play a predominant role in developing and managing the library activities as per the established rules and standards. They are also responsible for finalizing and approving the books, magazines, and journals to be purchased regardless of physical prints or electronic means. The vast library at AIMSR is house to 8759 textbooks, 150 journals, and over 1500 e-journals.
