The AIMSR Teaching Hospital is a distinguished hospital and a teaching institute with a 650-bed capacity, located on the same campus as a separate 200,000-square-foot facility for students of AIMSR, Hyderabad. The hospital provides specialist services, including General Surgery, General Medicine, Gynecology & Obstetrics, Orthopedics, Pediatrics, Otorhinolaryngology and Head & Neck Surgery, Ophthalmology, TB & Chest Diseases (Pulmonology), DVL (Dermatology, Venereology, Leprosy), Psychiatry, Dental Emergency Room, ICU (Intensive Care Unit), ISCU (Intensive Surgical Care Unit), Gynecology & Obstetric ICU, and Neonatal ICU.

The hospital comprises three blocks equipped with lift and ramp facilities to facilitate patient transportation. The Emergency Room & ICUs are fully equipped with modern and advanced equipment, managed by Critical Care Specialists under the supervision of respective HODs. The Outpatient department is adequately spacious and well-equipped, with consultation rooms for all departments and ancillary rooms for student case demonstrations. The daily turnover of patients in the OPD is approximately 1650, with an average of 132 daily admissions and bed occupancy of more than 85%.

The hospital's wards are staffed with round-the-clock doctors, enabling the hospital to handle any emergency. The operation-theatre complex is of high standards, well-planned, and equipped with modern and sophisticated equipment. The Radiology department houses four X-Ray units, three ultrasound units, and a high-end CT Scan within the same premises. Additionally, there are eight mobile X-Ray units available.
