FOOTBALL

• Registration Fees : 1500 Per Team.

Match Duration: Two Halves of 25 Mins Each in Full Court.

The Top Team of Each Group will Play in the Semi Final.

For the Semi Final and Final Match: Two Halves of 30 Mins Each in Full Court.

9v9 matches will be conducted.

Maximum Players: 15

Standard Rules Apply (No Off-Side).

If the Match is Tied, 5 Penalty Kicks Per Team will be conducted.

Only 1 team per college.

BASKETBALL

• Registration Fees : ₹1200 Per Team.

Match Duration: Boys - Quarter of 10 Mins, Girls - Quarter of 7 Mins.

Maximum Players: 12 Per Team.

If the Match is Tied, 4 Minutes of Extra time will be Given.

Only 1 Team Per College.

Upto 2 Entries for Boys and 2 Entries for Girls from Each College.

All Matches will be a 3 Sets of 11 Points Each.

Boys Singles and Girls Singles : 4 Members Per College (2 Boys & 2 Girls).

Boys Doubles and Girls Doubles : 2 Teams Per College (One Team of Boys & an Other Team of Girls).

Participants are Requested to get their Own Gear.

One Team of Mixed Doubles from Each College.

CARROMS

• Registration Fees : 100 Per Person.

Event: Individual and Team Based.

2 Teams Per College.

Maximum 4 Players Per College in Individual Event (2 Boys & 2 Girls).

Aim, Strike, and Score till you have Pocketed them all.

Blacks - 5, Whites - 10, Red - 50 (Fixtures will be Made Randomly).

TABLE TENNIS

• Registration Fees : 100 Per Person.

Events: Singles and Doubles.

Participants are Requested to get their Own Gear.

All Matches will be a Consisting of 3 Sets of 11 Points Each, Expect Semi Finals and Finals, Which will be Consisting of 5 Sets of 11 Points Each.

Rules

1) Tournament may be league or knockout basis, depending on
the decision made by the organising committee.
2) All players are requested to get their own gear, Badminton players must wear NON - MARKING SHOES only.
3) The schedules of the events may overlap, so the participant in multiple events should priortize accordingly.
4) All the participants must carry valid college ID cards and must present it on request by the organising committee before or anytime during the event, if failed to do so will be suspended.
5) Some sports will start before the fest and participants will be informed beforehand.

6) All participants of solo/group events have to report personally to the registration desk for registration with valid college id. They have to pay the registration fee at the same time if applicable. Only registered students will be allowed to take part in the event.

Rules for MBBS Students

1) Only MBBS students of the Medical College are allowed to take part in the sports events.
2) The students must carry a letter stating which college they belong to with the Dean's signature.
3) All the teams must report to the venue 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of the event.
4) A walkover will be awarded to the opposing team if a team fails to arrive at the venue within 10 minutes of the scheduled start of the match/event.
5) Organisers will declare a contest forfeit and have the discretion to amend the 10 minute forfeit rule
6) The organising committee decides the fixture, venues and timing.
7) Only 2 staff members are allowed to accompany participants from each college.
8) The organising committee may make changes in the venue or the timings if unforeseen circumstances arise.
9) The referee/ judge and the organising committee's decisions are final and binding.
10) Only the captain/ leader of the team is entitled to communicate with the organising committee.
